Collage Machine is a professional production tool provided by Stephen Portman trading as IN-NO-V8 (the "Company"). By using this software, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the purpose of generating procedural collage compositions. Individual item copyright status within the source imagery (via Archive.org) varies; users are responsible for ensuring their specific use of generated output complies with applicable laws.
Users who purchase an Individual or Studio license are granted the right to use the generated compositions for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: print media, digital advertising, film production, and commercial web design.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IN-NO-V8 shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the tool. We do not host or redistribute source imagery; all assets are loaded directly from public third-party APIs (Archive.org).
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
