Collage Machine licenses are digital products provided by Stephen Portman trading as IN-NO-V8. Due to the nature of digital software and the ability to preview all features for free, all sales are final once a license has been activated.
IMPORTANT: In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, by purchasing and activating a Collage Machine license, you provide your express consent to begin the performance of the digital service immediately. You acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the digital goods are accessed or the license key is activated.
If you experience technical issues with the software, we are committed to resolving them. Please contact stephen@in-no-v8.com for support. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases where the software is demonstrably non-functional on your system and support cannot resolve the issue.
As Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests are ultimately processed through their system. You can also contact Paddle support directly for billing inquiries.
